Here's my new wig! It still has a few problems but, yay, it's done! For your actual hair? Getting your hair to stay up is really difficult. I would suggest tying an extremely, and I mean extremely close ponytail to the top of your head, then binding it with something sturdy, possibly even running something through the core or outside (but keep it light!). The whole problem is that the weight will inevitably bring the ponytail down.
It might work if you secure it well enough. I'm sorry, I'm not as good with real hair...

I'm afraid I don't understand the question?
How I did it was through the stubbing method on Katie Bair's website, pettingzoowigs.com, reinforced with foam and light frame work... Still buckles funny .~. But we live and learn ^_^
